Another Senior Photoshoott!!! Mallory!  how adorable is she?!?! We had so much fun @ her shoot. Her Mom even got in on the photography action and "reflected some light" for me!! haha! Downtown Mooresville has become one of my TOP favorite places to photograph! Every time I make my way there, I never get the same picture...There's a diverse number of areas that benefit every client that I work with! These 2 girls were absolutely fabulous!! We had a lot of fun and the pictures turned out fantastic! I hope they enjoyed their experience as much as i did and realized, photo-shoots aren't always a stressful, they can actually be a lot of fun!!

It's a good feeling when working on new things just for fun...to get inspired...especially when you feel like you've been in the same "Funk" for quite some time. I guess that's what it's about...when things are getting a lil old, change it up a bit...so thats what i did. Last week, I went to Dammit Janit with Timmy and some of his friends. I decided to put some of my skills to the test and play around. Working with a camera that doesn't have that great of an ISO, LUCKILY i got a few images that i really did love. Today, I got the chance to go to an, i guess you would say..."out of the ordinary" photography studio in class , and it really inspired me to do what i love....step out of the box i've been in for the past few months, and just be CREATIVE!!!! So thats what i did with these photos that I had taken...I used a few grungy photoshop brushes and the purple'ish background is actually an image i took at Dammit Janit....I've learned that when things get a lil boring, step it up...have fun...be creative, become inspired!!! :)

Amelia. What a cute, energetic, happy baby girl i had the privilege of photographing!!! On my way to Raleigh i was super nervous because she was the FIRST newborn i had ever photographed! The shoot was super laid back and once I got started I realized this shoot was ALL about Amelia's time! We got the shots and I am super happy the way the pictures turned out! Senior Portraits!

Well guys! My Cousin Nicki was my FIRST EVER senior to ask me to take her Senior Portraits! And wow, we had so much fun!! we went to Downtown Mooresville and shot! Wow, did we burn up at Murrays Mill! We embraced the hot weather and captured some special memories of Morgan, Cedric, & Gabriel! I always love shooting at Murrays Mill! There is so much history there and it seems like every time I go, I leave with a unique image that i didn't achieve before! I hope you guys enjoy their photos because they were fabulous to work with!

The Lawing Boys! Honestly you guys, how ADORABLE????? such young men they were! :) I had so much fun trying out new shots, and i think by the end of they day they had a blast!! Who wouldn't love a photoshoot where you can play, splash, and kick water at the photographer ;) haha

My lil cousin "nenut" just turned 1! They had his 1st birthday party at my Mamaw Frances' house on Sunday! I had to share a few images because he sure was hammin' it up for the camera!
